CART Codes 2024  will generate collaboration between computer science, engineering, and planning disciplines. In the face of climate change, globalization, and inequity, transportation networks and the communities they serve are becoming increasingly vulnerable. Data collection and analysis are more important now than ever to establish benchmarks, quantify progress, and enact change. The complexity of these problems demands collective action to implement informed and proactive decisions and policies.
